1. Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the use of the portal operated by Marcel Joachim Kloubert at portal.kloubert.dev and all associated subdomains and services.

Use of the portal requires prior registration. Registration is free and can be done via email (One-Time-Password / Magic Link) or through third-party providers such as Apple, Discord, GitHub, or Google.
Users are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep their login credentials secure.

After successful registration, users receive 7 days of free access to all offered content (e.g., source code, articles, books, software). During this trial period, all content may be viewed and downloaded for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Paid Usage
After the trial period, further access to content is only possible through payment. Payment is made via credits, which can be purchased via PayPal or Patreon.
Use is exclusively granted to registered users and may not be transferred to third parties.
5. Copyright and Usage Rights
All content provided on the portal (especially source code, texts, books, and software) is protected by copyright.
Use and reproduction of the content is permitted solely for private, non-commercial purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Distribution, publication, or commercial use without explicit written consent from Marcel Joachim Kloubert is prohibited.
6. User Obligations
Users agree not to misuse the portal, in particular:
- Not to distribute illegal content,
- Not to circumvent security mechanisms,
- Not to perform automated access (bots, scrapers) without permission,

Should any provision of these Terms of Use be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
